Seeing The Invisible

I. Life Is A Paradox

 A. Every normal person wants to live.
 B. But, death is always lurking near.
 C. The person who thinks seeks an answer.

II. Christ Is Life And Offers Life To Everyone

 A. John 11:25; John 3:16 (the cross).
 B. The problem is to distinguish and choose the invisible.
 C. The tendency is to make the wrong choice.
  1. Agrippa chose the visible. Acts 25:22; Acts 26:24-28.


  2. Possum chose the visible.
  3. 2 Kings 6:16,17.
 D. They seek happiness in vain.
  1. Every generation repeats the same error.
  2. The past generation - communism. The present - hedonism and humanism.
  3. Temporal honor, riches - finally death.
 E. Our decision is the hinge on which swings our destiny.
  1. Esther said, "I will go in unto the king."
  2. Daniel resolved not to defile himself.
  3. The three, "We will not worship your gods."
  4. Paul - "What wilt thou have me to do?"
  5. Moses - Hebrews 11:24-27 - saw the invisible.

III. Can We See The Invisible
  2 Corinthians 4:18; Romans 8:24.
