Pastor Roberts continued his sermons based on the book of Daniel, yet relevant to modern times. 1 Peter 4:12,13 Suffering is part of God's Plan. 1 Peter 2:19,20 Daniel 3:1-3 Nebuchadnezzer makes an image of gold. Daniel 3:4-6 Everyone is commanded to worship the image. God gives grace to the humble. The three men did not bow down. There were four men in the furnace. Isaiah 43:2 The promise of Isaiah was fulfilled with three men. "When thou passeth through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee."

Revelation 2:10 "...be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life."

Can God still deliver people today? Yes.
The story of Desmond Doss, medal of honor recipient proves that God still works today.
When God intervenes and places his hand over us, nothing can touch us.
