Charles has been attending church at Irving since 1996 and has been a member for four years. He is a student at Burton Academy. His hobbies are sound systems, computers, basketball and Tae Kwon Do. Charles serves at church as Lead Sound Technician and Deacon.

Mavis Medlin

Mavis grew up in Vassar Michigan but has lived in Texas for 30 years. She was a student missionary to Korea for a year. Her favorite song "We Have This Hope" was first heard at the General Conference session. Mavis has just finished her class work for teaching secondary mathematics. Mavis first came to Irving to help with children's groups. She now serves as the pianist for the worship hour. Her son Charles is also a member in Irving.

Mario is a fairly new member of Irving having moved here from the Texas panhandle. His son David is also a member at Irving. Mario has a story worth hearing - about how the Lord has changed his life. His hobbies include playing basketball. Mario is an Earliteen Sabbath School teacher. It is his hope to see our church grow and expand in the city of Irving.
