The Irving Morning Stars attended the Texas Camporee held over Easter weekend April 17-20, 2003. Eleven Pathfinders and 4 staff members travelled 260 miles from Irving to Bellville Texas - 50 miles west of Houston - turning a cattle field into a campground. This was the club's first camporee and they achieved a second place finish as a result of their hard work.
