Breakfast Foods

 

Granola

14 cups oats 1/3 cup coconut ½ cup sesame seeds

1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup wheat germ

Blenderize: ¾ cup oil, 2 cups dates, 11/2 cups water, 3 tsps vanilla, 3 tsps salt.

Mix dry ingredients together first, then mix in the blenderized ingredients….it takes quite a bit of stirring to blend the wet and dry ingredients. Spread on cookie sheets. Bake overnight on "Warm" seting of the oven until crisp. Serve with soymilk.
