1 8-oz. can tomato sauce

1/2 c. sunflower seeds

1/2 t. basil

big dash oregano

juice of 1/2 lemon (to taste)

sprinkle salt

Pour can of sauce into blender jar. Add seeds and all but lemon juice. Blend on low speed till very smooth. May add a few drops of water or lemon juice according to the taste of the cook!
