What is the Chat List?
The chat mailing list is a simple email way to let church members and friends communicate with each other. It works no differently than if you sent an email to several people in your address book all at one time.

When you send an email to the chat address, it is simply resent to the entire list of email addresses. Oh yes, it does keep a copy so you can read the "archives" later. Everyone should receive it within minutes.

What is it Used For?
The chat list is used for several purposes:

• Announcements
• Prayer requests
• Bible discussions
• Church activities
• Encouraging words.

What it is NOT Used For?
Selling, gossiping, and non-Christian activities and words.

How Many Emails Will I Get?
Email from the list averages 1-2 items per week.

Won't I Get Spammed?
No. Only people who have signed up can post to the list. It is private. Email addresses are not sold or given away. There are no solicitations allowed. Violators are simply removed from the list permanently.

How Do I Get On The List?
Click Here to go to the List Management page. Simply pick a password and you are set.

Once I'm On the List, What Happens
You will receive an email confirmation that tells you how to send messages to the chat list. After that, nothing may happen for a few days until someone sends out something. But to get things going, why don't you send out a hello message telling us who you are and that you are just joined the list. Tell us your favorite Bible text. Just something simple.

How Do I Get Off The List?
Click Here to go to the List Management page. Enter your email address at the botton and click Edit options. Then enter you password in the Unsubscribe box, or if you have forgotten it, request that it be mailed to you. It's that easy.

How Can I Find Out Who Is On The List?
Click Here to go to the List Management page. Enter your email address and password in the Chat Subscribers page and you can view the other list members.
